Simon Fraser University shared a tribute video about the Djavad Mowafaghian Foundation at its Annual Chancellor and President’s Awards Dinner.

For more than 65 years, the Intellectual Disabilities Society (formerly known as North Shore ConneXions) has fostered an environment of inclusion by supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities. It provides quality programs and services which support the development, independence and empowerment of adults, children and families.

The primary goal of Neekoo is to provide educational grants to students who are struggling financially to afford an education. The secondary goal is to provide an opportunity for Iranian-Canadian professionals to collaborate, provide mentorship and offer support to the younger generation.

The Djavad Mowafaghian Foundation is one of many donors who has joined Lions Gate Hospital Foundation in bringing life-changing care to our community.

Every day, youth across Canada struggle with homelessness and sex trafficking. Covenant House serves these youth with unconditional love, absolute respect and relentless engagement.
